IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND SPAM POLICY, WOWEARNINGS.COM WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO BECOME A MEMBER.

Revised September 02, 2005.

Please read these Terms of Membership before signing up for our Program. Violation of any of these terms may lead to account cancellation or further action, if necessary.

MINIMUM REQUIRED AGE. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, Members must be at least 13 years old to participate in our Program.

ONE ACCOUNT PER MEMBER. Each person can only sign up once, creating an account for him or herself, and may not establish an account on behalf of anyone else. You do not need a separate account from home, work, and school. You may not create another account under a separate E-Mail Address. Members who create more than one account may forfeit their membership and any monies owed to them. Accounts cannot be transferred between people.

ONE ACCOUNT PER HOUSEHOLD.

VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS. WowEarnings.com is an Internet-based business. The only contact we have with our members is through E-Mail address. Therefore, accounts with invalid E-Mail Addresses are considered invalid, and will be deleted with no notice (since we have no way to notify you). Each time we send a mailing, any E-Mail address that comes up as invalid (for one of numerous different reasons) is subject to be removed from our program.

ACTIVITY LEVEL. If you fail to confirm 20 consecutive Paid E-Mails sent to you, your WowEarnings.com account will be automatically deactivated. Please note, that if you are going on vacation or will be away from your computer for an extended period of time, you should utilize our Vacation feature, which can be found in the Member's Section.
Once your account has been deactivated, you can reactivate it at any time by simply logging into the Member's Section and following the on-screen instructions. Member accounts that remain inactive for a period of 1 month will be permanently removed from our system, meaning you will forfeit all of your referrals and earnings.
Please note that payment requests are automatically removed from inactive members. If your account is inactive at the time it is processed, it will be automatically denied. This will not affect your balance, but you will need to request payment again and wait according to our payment schedule for processing.

PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION. You must provide WowEarnings.com with valid contact and residential information and promptly update such information should it change or should additional information be required by WowEarnings.com for legitimate tax-related purposes or any other reason required by applicable law. WowEarnings.com reserves the right to request verification of, and member agrees to be subject to verification of, any of the information provided by member for enrollment with and continued use of the services provided by WowEarnings.com. You may not impersonate or misrepresent your identity. WowEarnings.com reserves the right to terminate any account, and associated membership, containing untruthful information. WowEarnings.com is not responsible for lost payments or communications due to your failure to provide WowEarnings.com with valid contact information as reasonably necessary.

NO SPAMMING! While WowEarnings.com encourages you to refer people to our program, Spamming is strictly prohibitied. When you advertise WowEarnings.com to other people, your actions reflect our program. If you SPAM, that reflects badly on WowEarnings.com; in fact, if certain networks (AOL, for example) receive too many SPAM complaints against a company, they will block any E-Mail coming from their domain. This is the reason we have such a strict anti-SPAM policy.

What is SPAM? In simple terms SPAM (a.k.a. unsolicited commercial e-mail, unsolicited bulk e-mail, mass e-mail, junk e-mail) is a message that advertises goods or services that you send to someone without their prior consent or in the absence of a previous relationship. Some acceptable means of advertising could be:

  • Links from your Web Site: We encourage all of you who have a website to download our banners and place them on your site! You may also use text links to our site, but please be sure to read the "False Advertising" clause below.
  • E-Mail to Family and Friends: Feel free to send your family and friends an E-Mail telling them about our program. You can also send E-Mail to other people, providing you are in some way affiliated with them, and have information knowing they would be interested in hearing from our program. An acceptable example would be you have a mailing list in which people voluntarily signup to receive updates about new programs. An unnacceptable example would be you surf from site to site gathering E-Mail Addresses, and send a Mass-Email to these people telling them about our program.
  • Posting to Newsgroups and Forums: There are lots of Newsgroups, Forums, and Message Boards related to making money on the Internet. While we do allow posting to these places, make sure you check with the rules of where you are posting to. Many of these places do not allow you to post a link with your Referral URL at all, while some do as long as it's related to the topic. Check with the administrator of the place you plan on posting to if you are unsure.
  • Banners & Posters: You're more than welcome to post banners and posters advertising our site, as long as you are doing so in designated areas!

Following are prohibited methods of advertising our site:

  • Mass E-Mail: Unless people have signed up for a Mailing List you operate, and are fully aware you will be sending them email advertising programs like ours,
you are not allowed to send Mass E-Mails!
  • ICQ & Other Chatting Portals: The same rules apply as above. You may send messages to friends, family, or people you feel would genuinely be interested in hearing about our program (as long as they are willing to hear from you), but you are now allowed to send mass-advertisements to people you do not know.
  • Final Note: Most of you know what spamming is, and what it is not. There's no possible way we could list every acceptable and unacceptable method of
advertising. Use good judgement in your advertising strategies, and there will be no problems. If you'd like to ask us if an advertising method is acceptable, please visit our Contact page, and send us a message.

Due to our Zero Tolerance Policy against SPAM, our penalties for violators will be harsh. Incidents will be analyzed and dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Penalties include written warnings, forfeiture of referrals, cancellation of account, and possibly legal action. These are not progressive penalties, meaning not each member is guaranteed a written warning. If WowEarnings.com feels the situation is serious enough, members can and will have their accounts deleted and all monies forfeited. If you'd like to report a SPAM incident, you can do so Here. Be sure to include a copy of the offending email.

FALSE ADVERTISING. We understand you want to refer as many people as possible to our Program. However, misrepresenting our program to people is strictly
forbidden. When you advertise WowEarnings.com, your actions reflect on our company. Falsely advertising our company may get you more referrals, but it reflects poorly on us, and is not allowed. For example, you are not allowed to post information on your web site saying you will get $1.00 per E-Mail read, because it's untrue. Incidents will be dealt with case-by-case, like the SPAM issue. Penalties may include a written warning requiring the Member to remove the false advertising, forfeiture of monies owed, cancellation of account, and possibly further action.

PAID VS UNPAID E-MAILS. While nearly every E-Mail members receive from us will be Paid Email, we will also send Non-Paid E-Mails with advertising in them and information regarding member accounts and other updates about our website on a regular basis. You will not be paid for reading these emails.
Non-Paid E-Mails from us begin with "Non-Paid E-Mail From WowEarnings.com," while Paid Email will begin with "Paid E-Mail From WowEarnings.com." WowEarnings.com makes no guarantees as to how much Paid Email you will receive from us. However, by selecting the maximum number of Interests and filling out the signup form with accurate data, your chances of receiving Paid Email are much greater.
If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out at any time by visiting our Cancel Account section.

SIGN-UP BONUSES. Sign-up bonuses are credited to your account as soon as you confirm your email when you join.

REFERRAL BONUSES. WowEarnings.com now pays $3.00 for each person you refer to our program and $1.00 for each person that your referrals refer. Referral Bonuses are credited to your account after the person you refer requests and receives their first payment from WowEarnings.com. Keep in mind, that with our WowEarnings.com Quick Cash Offers system, your referrals can earn the minimum payment request amount in just minutes!

PAYMENTS. We have several ways of paying our members. Either we send you a personal check in USA dollars at your address or we pay to your PayPal or StormPay account. It is up to you. You can request payment from the Member's Section.
Payments are processed within 72 hours after your payment request!

Make sure you have a valid e-mail address and phone number when requesting your payment. A Payment Approval E-Mail may be sent to you for verification and security purposes. After you've responded to our Payment Approval E-Mail, we will verify your information, and process your order.

FRAUD. Like with any other opportunity for people to make money, there will always be people who will attempt to cheat our program. Creating fake accounts to receive referral benefits and fraudulently completing offers will not benefit you! Most of you have no idea how any kind of cheating would take place, which is why we're not going to list common cheating methods. What we will say, however, is that we have setup our program so that if anyone attempts to cheat or fraud us, they WILL be caught! If you attempt to cheat our program your account will be terminated immediately, and in warranted circumstances, legal action will be taken.

FRAUD PROTECTION. Certain activity, such as completing dozens of offers of the same type in a short timespan, may result in having your account flagged. If this occurs, wowEarnings.com will require verification that you have not fraudulently completed any offers. This will not affect your balance or any payment requests, as long as you provide the information requested.

OFFER COMPLETION AND CREDITING. Your WowEarnings.com Account will be credited upon successful completion of offers. For some offers, this simply means joining a web site; for others, it means making a purchase. While most offers will credit to your account immediately, some will take a few days to credit, and certain offers will take up to a month to credit.
Please note that some credit card offers, such as most Discover Cards, require that you are approved, receive, activate, and either make a purchase or transfer a balance before your account will be credited.
WowEarnings.com does not credit member accounts for completing offers. This process is handled by the same company who hosts and maintains all of the offers. If you completed an offer, waited 30 days, and still have not been credited, please Contact Us and let us know. We will request all of the information needed to credit your account and forward that information to the company who credits offers. However, please note: the company who credits the offers has the final say in whether or not you are credited. If you do not see the credit in your account, that means WowEarnings.com did not receive credit either, and we therefore cannot pay you.

SUBJECT TO CHANGE. These Terms may periodically change as our company expands. All terms of this agreement are subject to change at any time without prior notification or approval of our Members; however, if any major updates take place, we will inform our members with a pertinent link on our web site.
